Privacy Policy
Effective November 3, 2026
Beck's Custom Carpentry LLC ("Beck's", "we", "us") builds cabinets in Yoakum, Texas. This policy explains what information our website collects, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to beckscustomcarpentry.com.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, email, mobile phone, job location (city), whether you are a homeowner, builder or designer, and anything you write about your project.
- Files you send us: photos, floor plans and drawings you upload.
- Your account and designs: if you create an account, your email, a scrambled (hashed) copy of your password, and the cabinet designs you save.
- Sign in with Google: if you choose it, Google shares your name and email address with us so we can sign you in. We do not get your Google password, contacts or anything else in your Google account.
- Sample orders: the samples you request and the contact details you give with the order.
- Basic site visit counts: which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer) and the website or ad that sent you. Each visit gets a random number that is not saved on your device. We do not record IP addresses for this, and we do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, schedule design meetings and prepare estimates.
- To save your designs so you can come back to them, and to remind you before a saved design is deleted.
- To send text reminders, only if you check the box asking for them.
- To see which pages are helpful so we can improve the website.
What we never do
We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service companies to run the website: a web host that stores the site and your saved designs, an email service that delivers our messages, and Google if you choose Sign in with Google. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
If you sign in, we store one small sign-in cookie so you stay signed in (12 hours, or 60 days if you check "Keep me signed in" or use Google). Signing out removes it. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
- Saved designs are deleted 90 days after your last save, unless we are working on your job.
- Form messages, files and account details are kept as long as we need them for your project and our business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to close your account. Email brad@beckscustomcarpentry.com or call (361) 648-7590. We will respond within 30 days. If you used Sign in with Google, you can also remove our access from your Google account settings at any time.
Children
This website is meant for adults planning cabinet projects. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Keeping it safe
Our site uses a secure (https) connection, passwords are stored scrambled, and only Beck's staff can see customer information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
